Reel-to-reel production feeds a continuous line of
inserts through the overmolding process. We provide
custom reel-to-reel product solutions that often shorten
production timelines and increase the reliability of
secondary processing. Virtually any thermoplastic resin
can be utilized in the reel-to-reel process. For products
with tight tolerances, we can also use in-line vision
systems for 100% inspection of critical characteristics.
