Vertical and rotary insert molding presses are
used to overmold loose-piece metal, plastic and
other materials. Our robotically loaded Arburg
and Nissei vertical and rotary molding presses
can create a broad range of possible part sizes to
fit your needs. We can handle shot sizes ranging
from 1 gram to 200 grams in a broad spectrum
of engineering and commodity resins. Rotary
insert molding in particular can be used for
mid- to high-volume production runs at competitive
prices.
