In-house tooling expertise

We have decades of experience designing, running and
maintaining precision progressive-stamping dies. We
maintain stamping tolerances and product quality with our
well-engineered, close-tolerance tooling. For extremely
close tolerance stampings, in-line Cognex inspection
cameras can be included to achieve 100% inspection of
critical parts for profile or formed defects. All tooling is
maintained in-house and guaranteed for the life of the
product, reducing overall production cost
