BIOMERICS CELEBRATES COMPLETION OF NEW HEADQUARTERS
WITH OPEN HOUSE AND RIBBON CUTTING CEREMONY
Salt Lake City, UT (Aug 6, 2018) – Biomerics, LLC, a leading contract manufacturer and innovative polymer solutions provider for the medical device industry, cordially invites you to attend the grand opening of our new facility in Salt Lake City, UT. On October 25, 2018, Biomerics will open its doors to the general public, industry professionals, government, partners, media and customers to come and receive a guided tour of our brand new 250,000 sq. foot facility in Salt Lake City.
The Open House is from 2:00 – 6:00 pm on October 25, 2018, and will include a guided tour, refreshments and door prizes for event attendees. A Ribbon Cutting Ceremony will be held at 2:30 pm. The building is located in the Salt Lake International Center, at 6030 W Harold Gatty Dr., just off of 5600 West on I-80 West. Craig McCaffrey, President of Biomerics, Salt Lake City division, commented “This new facility will enable us to offer state-of-the-art engineering offices, research and development labs, and cleanroom manufacturing operations. Our employees will also benefit from a number of new amenities, including a new Break Area and Lounge, Game and Fitness Rooms and updated office and conference space.” The new headquarters will facilitate the future growth of the company as a vertically integrated design, development, and manufacturing facility for the medical device industry.”
The facility will house many of the day-to-day operations for our Salt Lake division, including Cleanroom & Injection Molding, R&D Engineering, Raw Materials, Packaging & Sterilization and many other capabilities. “This new building demonstrates the accelerated growth Biomerics has experienced over the last several months and years,” remarked Travis Sessions, CEO of Biomerics. “It is a representation of the teamwork of those working here in Salt Lake and their ability to bring a project of this magnitude to completion. It shows the level of commitment we all have to the medical device industry, our customers, and the local economy. It will be seen as one of our great achievements and will prepare us to move forward into the future as a leader in the medical device space.
