BROOKLYN PARK, MN (April 15, 2019) — Biomerics LLC, a leading contract manufacturer in the minimally invasive interventional medical device market, announced the completion of an expansion at the Advanced Catheter facility located in Brooklyn Park, MN. The facility expansion added 10,000 square feet of engineering, office, and production space. It is expected to add 30 engineering and manufacturing positions to the location and increases the total size of the facility to 72,000 square feet.

Biomerics has purchased ATL Technology’s interests in the joint venture and will rename the business unit Biomerics CRI (BCRI) and invest in expanding its footprint and capabilities. With the addition of Biomerics CRI, Biomerics will now operate seven business units with over 1300 employees.
